Then what are you waiting for? Keep reading!
My client is an established private planning consultancy who operate across the country, working on developments and projects from the rural counties to Central London. They have particular expertise along the South Coast, Oxford, and the Thames Valley. Their wide-ranging experience spans sectors, including new homes, care, and commercial schemes, whilst also working on single dwellings in National Parks to large strategic schemes delivering new communities. In terms of care, and reflecting the broad spectrum of provision, my client works with both operators and developers to deliver traditional care homes, extra care, assisted living and care villages.
They are seeking a Graduate Town Planner, who will be provided with an outstanding level of close training, ensuring their development flourishes and they produce work to the best of their ability. You will be starting in the summer next year, just after you graduate.
The successful Graduate Town Planner will be expected to hold an RTPI or an equivalent accredited qualification and should also have general knowledge and understanding of Hampshire and the surrounding area, however, this is not essential.
If you are halfway through 3rd year or your Masters and are looking for a new and exciting opportunity in Town Planning, then look no further. Your dream job could be just a phone call away! So what are you waiting for? Don't hesitate to contact us here at Penguin Recruitment, as we could help you take your career to the next level.
