Town Planner - Housebuilder - Leicester

Penguin Recruitment are supporting a leading House Builder in the East Midlands which is looking to appoint an experience Town Planner to their Land & Planning team.

You:

• Hold an MSc Town Planning or associated subject
• Hold post qualification experience in the private sector
• Excellent understanding of the planning and development process

The role:

You will join the existing Land & Planning team and provide assistance on a range of strategic planning projects on a range of residential developments across the East Midlands. Reporting to the Planning Director, your responsibilities will see you undertake planning applications & appeals, liaise with Local Authorities and manage the planning process.
