Salary: £18,000 - £24,000

• Do you hold an RTPI accredited Degree or Masters Qualification?
• Do you have at least 1 year of planning experience in either a private consultancy or public authority?

As the successful Assistant Town Planner you will be expecting to carry out the following duties:

• Managing projects involving planning applications and appeals whilst providing accurate and efficient advice to clients.
• Liaising with planning officers, employees of consultee organisations and third parties.
• Demonstrating an ability to marshal evidence in support of the planning projects.
• Investing in the development of a range of sites and projects and assessing sites for development suitability.
