Our client is an award-winning multi-disciplinary with offices throughout the UK. They are looking to onboard a Senior Town Planner to their excellent planning team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Town Planner (MRTPI) and have a track record of leading successful planning projects.

The successful candidate will be offered an excellent starting salary and benefits package, along with a great opportunity to progress in the company. This is an fantastic opportunity for a Planner to work autonomously and become an integral part of this award-winning company’s Birmingham office.

As a Senior Planner your duties will include;

• Managing a wide and diverse range of client instructions
• Preparing Planning Policy Appraisals
• Undertaking site development appraisals and planning assessments
• Assisting the preparation of written representation appeals
• Mentoring junior staff members

The ideal Senior Planner will have the following;

• MRTPI qualification (Or actively working towards accreditation)
• 2-5 years’ experience
• Excellent communication skills
• A full UK drivers licence (Have access to own vehicle)

The salary for this role will be negotiable depending on level of experience
