Our client is an independent planning consultancy with multiple offices across the UK. Our client is looking to onboard an experienced Planner to their expanding and successful team in North Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will be MRTPI qualified with experience in business development and client management.

Our client is willing to offer the successful candidate an excellent starting salary and bonuses, with great career progression opportunities.

The ideal Senior Planner will have the following;

• MRTPI qualification (Or actively working towards accreditation)
• 2-5 years’ experience
• Excellent communication skills
• A full UK drivers licence (Have access to own vehicle)

As a Senior Planner your duties will include;

• Managing a wide and diverse range of client instructions
• Engaging in business development through bid preparation and networking with existing and proposed clients
• Mentoring junior staff members
• Undertaking site development appraisals and planning assessments

The salary for this role will be negotiable depending on level of experience
