We are seeking a Land Technician to join a Retirement living developer in their offices in Ringwood.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Understanding of Land Acquisition and Land Management
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills
- Willingness to develop a new skill set and enhance your career opportunities
The role:
You will join the existing Land team in Ringwood and assist the Land Buyers and Land Managers through site appraisals, Land surveys, collecting site data, assist in identifying development opportunities. The role can offer you an excellent platform to enhance your career in Land Management or Land Buying.
The successful applicant will receive a very competitive starting salary and company benefits to match your relevant industry knowledge.
