Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

They cover the full spectrum of commercial property, residential real estate, and professional service functions and pride themselves on their innovative thinking, dynamic business model and flexible approach to complex projects. They are searching for a Senior Planner to join their team of planning experts in their office in Sheffield.

The duties of the role will include:

• Managing projects involving planning applications and appeals, providing accurate and efficient advice to clients.
• Investing in the development of a range of sites and projects and assessing sites for development suitability.
• Demonstrating an ability to marshal evidence in support of the planning projects.
• Demonstrating a positive, proactive attitude with the drive to meet client expectations and promote the business through the use of marketing and networking skills.

The successful Senior Town Planner will hold an MRTPI or equivalent qualification and have at least 4 years of planning experience working within a private consultancy or local authority. They should also have general knowledge and understanding of Sheffield and the surrounding area, however, this is not essential.
