Location: Birmingham



Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 + Full Benefits (Dependent on experience and client following)



Penguin Recruitment is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planning professional to join our client's Birmingham team and drive the office forward at Director Level.



With offices across the U.K, the Town Planning team are heavily involved in some high profile and iconic projects across the Midlands, with an extensive client base. These include both national and regional clients on various projects.



As a business leader, the Director role will apply your knowledge and know-how in order to deliver development and growth. You will forge strong, lasting relationships with clients and effectively respond to the changing markets to provide an innovative and robust consultancy service to the company's existing and expanding client base.



The Director will hold recognised project management experience, along with relevant industry experience at a senior level. You will be experienced in promoting developments through the English planning system and possess a proven track record in profile raising and work winning in the private sector. Self-motivation, a passion for planning and an appetite to develop others are pre-requisites.
