My client has an exciting opening for a senior level planner to join their team in Bristol. Joining a busy planning team you will work with a variety of clients and projects that fall into the Residential, Mixed-use and Affordable Housing sectors.
Our client works with public and private sector organisations to enhance their land and property holdings. They are proud to be involved in some of the largest and most complex real estate projects in the UK; providing strategic advice across all phases of the asset lifecycle.
Operating from offices strategically placed throughout England and Scotland our client's planning teamwork right across the UK and offer a comprehensive array of services that include environmental planning, strategic development, site promotion and expert witness support.
They have a diverse portfolio of projects from small scale through to major town centre projects, urban extensions and tall buildings. Their clients include developers, investors, housing associations and public sector agencies.
The company takes an integrated approach with their teams pooling resources as fits the requirements of the project. All the while working closely with the client to ensure the guidance is perfectly in line with the client's aims.
Job requirements
-Appropriate qualification(s) (ideally related to town/urban planning)
-Chartered status with the RTPI
-Experience operating at a senior level (Associate Director or Director)
-Private Sector experience preferred (Consultancy experience ideal)
-Business Development / Networking experience desirable
