S106 / CIL Officer

One of London's most dynamic Borough Councils have an exciting opportunity for a S106 / CIL Officer to work within a multi-disciplinary team.

You will play a key role calculating and assisting with the calculation of S106 / CIL contributions for specific Development Management Applications and schemes located in major growth and regeneration areas.

Additional Duties Include;

• Maintaining and updating S106 / CIL registers
• Measurement of Plans and calculation of S106 and CIL Contributions
• Liaise with developers and architects in relation to levies and charging schedules
• Allocate funds to key regeneration projects
• Record the discharge of planning conditions / obligations
• Draft and dispatch CIL and S106 correspondence.

Successful candidates will have acquired practical experience as a S106 / CIL Officer or as a Planning Assistant.

Alternatively, they will welcome applications from Graduate Town Planners who are looking to develop their career at a pro development and fast moving borough council.
