An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planner to join a successful planning team in Kent. Our client is a leading town planning and development consultancy and have been established for over 30 years. Our client is looking to onboard a Planning Consultant or Senior Planner to join their team of expanding planning team.

As a Town Planner your duties will include;

• Managing a wide and diverse range of client instructions
• Supporting public sector work load
• Engaging in business development through bid preparation and networking with existing and proposed clients
• Undertaking site development appraisals and planning assessments

The ideal Town Planner will have the following;

• MRTPI qualification or working towards accreditation
• 1-5 years’ experience
• Excellent communication skills
• A full UK drivers’ licence (Have access to own vehicle)
