Job Details
My client based in South East London is looking for a Senior Planning Policy Officer to join the council for a 3 month contract, with potential for extension. Ideally you should have extensive knowledge in CIL monitoring and S106, to work on a new program introduced to their policy framework.
The client is looking for someone to start within the next month for a 3 month contract, inside IR35 and offering a competitive hourly rate.
To be considered for this role you will require a degree in Planning or a relevant subject and Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), RICS). You should also have proven experience working on S106 and CIL in the UK and knowledge to hit the ground running with little to no supervision.
