Town Planner (Assistant or Consultant)

Our close client is a leading independent planning consultancy with offices throughout the UK. They are looking to take on a Planner with some planning experience to join their expanding team in Northampton, East Midlands. If you’re an Assistant Planner or Planning Consultant with some experience in a planning related role – our client wants to hear from you!!

As a Town Planner your duties will include;

• Preparing planning applications, including planning statements.
• Undertaking research and analysis
• Assembling reports and presentations
• Undertaking site visits
• Attending meetings with clients and other stakeholders

Ideally you will have the following;

• An RTPI accredited degree in town planning (working towards RTPI status)
• 6 months to 3 years town planning experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to deliver on a range of projects
• A full UK driving Licence
