Salary: £24,000 - £30,000

Our client is a leading Multi-Disciplinary firm consisting of Chartered Surveyors and Planning Consultants who are searching for a talented Town Planner to join their team in the beautiful town of Cheltenham. As the successful Town Planner you must hold the following experience:
An RTPI or equivalent qualification; At least 1 years of planning experience within a private consultancy or a local authority and general knowledge and understanding of the South West and the surrounding area (not imperative).
The role will include the following duties:
Liaising and negotiating with planning officers, architects, consultants, third parties; Responsibility for preparing planning appraisals for each new potential acquisition; Undertaking research and analysis in preparing due diligence for potential acquisition sites including but not limited to planning policy and planning history including on neighbouring sites and investing in the development of a range of sites and projects and assessing sites for development suitability.
