Title: Town Planner



Location: Bristol



Salary: £25,000 to £32,000 + Bonus + Bens



Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a highly skilled Multi-Disciplinary consultancy who are seeking a Town Planner join their award-winning company. With offices throughout the South West, they are seeking an ambitious personable Town Planner to assist with a number of key projects throughout Bristol and beyond.



Some duties will include:

• Promoting residential and mixed-use developments
• Preparation, submission and negotiation of planning applications

• Assist in the development of new business through networking

It is essential that the candidate holds solid planning experience, in particular working within the residential sector. A committed attitude and a keen eye for detail are a must, you will have the proven ability to maintain and develop client relationships along with a full UK driving Licence.



To apply applicants will need to have a related degree or masters and be an RTPI member and have a minimum of 2 years' Town Planning or similar commercial experience. You must have a good understanding of the planning process and ideally have a full driving license.
