Job title: Town Planner
Location: Dorset
Salary: Flexible
An excellent opportunity has opened for a Town Planner to join an established Planning consultancy based in the Dorset area on a permanent basis.
Predominantly working on projects across the South Coast and supporting a client base nationwide my client supports property developers, land owners, householders and private parties. We are ideally looking for the successful candidate to have 3-4 years' experience within the private sector and be a member or working towards becoming a member of the RTPI.
Your role will consist of the following as a Town Planner:-
- Working on site appraisals
- Application negotiations
- Advising candidates on planning applications and appeals
With a small team of 8 you shall be joining a close knit consultancy who are all solely Town Planners, on offer for the right candidate is a competitive salary package and benefits package.
