Are you a Senior or Principal Planner with strong Residential experience?
Would you like to lead on planning applications and strategic promotions for private sector clients?
Do you want to join one of the UK's largest Planning Consultancies?
My client has an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Senior or Principal Planner to join their successful Southampton Planning team.
Your Role
You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of interesting projects, the majority of which will be for residential clients. You will develop and manage key relationships with clients, to whom you will provide unrivaled professional advice. You will supervise and support junior staff involved in project work and ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standard, within agreed fee budgets and timeframes.
About You
A Chartered Town Planner, educated to degree level or equivalent with post-qualification experience, you will bring strong knowledge of the Planning profession. You may have previously worked in a Planning Consultancy and you will have a demonstrable desire to join a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy. You will be highly reliable, motivated and energetic, and a strong team player. A confident communicator, you will develop positive business relationships with existing and new clients, deliver the results desired by our clients and thereby contribute to the continuing commercial success of the Southampton planning team.
