Are you an experienced Land Manager seeking new opportunities in Hampshire?
Do you have a strong understanding of Land Acquisition?
Have you got experience managing a small team?
Due to growth our client is seeking to appoint a Land Manger in their Hampshire based offices.
The role:
As the Land Manager you will be responsible for supporting the land team in sourcing new development sites for retirement living accommodation across the UK. You will manage a small land team from inception through to completion, liaising with Local Authorities, Land Agents / Owners to purchase land in line with regional objectives.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous Land Management experience with a Developer or Housebuidler
- Ability to negotiate and influence decisions
- Management experience
- Highly analytical
The successful applicant will join a rapidly expanding market leader in retirement living and will be given a very competitive starting salary and company benefits to match your relevant Land Management experience.
