Job title: Town Planner
Location: Romsey
Salary: up to £35,000
An excellent opportunity has opened for an experienced Town Planner to join a small - medium sized housebuilder based in the Romsey area on a permanent basis.
My client works closely with the local community to provide the best quality service and solutions to meet local housing needs whilst working in an environmentally friendly manner.
We are looking for candidates who have 2-5 years' experience within a private consultancy or housebuilder. Ideally the successful candidate will have knowledge of working on projects down the South and are working towards their APC or completed.
On offer is the chance to work for a growing consultancy and become part of their journey working closely with Directors and senior members. My client is also providing a competitive salary and are offering up to £35,000 dependant on experience.
