Senior Planner | Fast Track to Associate

About You

You’re a Chartered Planner with around four to eight years’ experience. Ideally, you’ve proven yourself in both the public and private sectors, but this isn’t essential. You’re currently working at Senior Planner level and are eager to move up. You want to grow and develop your client network in supportive environment with plenty of access to company leaders.

The Role

This role is at Senior Planner level. You’ll be working alongside the Associates and Directors to deliver on a range of projects. Crucially, you’ll be responsible for nurturing your own client base with a view to promotion to Associate within a reasonably short period of time. The senior leaders want you to succeed and will be fully behind you every step of the way. They’ll equip you with the implementation strategies you’ll need to meet and exceed your targets.

The Company

The company are an up and coming Town Planning Consultancy based on the outskirts of Birmingham.
