Principal Planning Officer (DM)

Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in London in their search for a Principal DM Officer focusing on Major Applications to join their team on an initial 6 months contract.

To lead on high profile, major and strategic level development proposals, providing pre-application advice, assessment of planning applications, preparation and presentation of committee reports, negotiation of legal agreements.

The right candidate will need to be able to be in the office at least 4 days a week to begin with. My client is looking for someone with previous local authority experience to be able to start immediately and work on applications and manage a small team of around 5 planners.

Carrington West Pay Rate – up to £40p/h
