Who we are:

We are a small and growing town planning advisor, based in central London and acting for clients across the UK.

All our employees are able to influence key decisions and take early responsibility and so grow quickly.

Our managers have deep experience in the town planning industry and so provide career growth guidance to all employees.

All our clients are leaders in their own fields, primarily residential home builders, care providers and strategic landowners, but also marquee clients such as the Royal Hospital Chelsea and Global Champions Tour. We therefore provide our employees with exposure to important and interesting projects.

We have a long and recognised track record for quality, tailored advice and achieve planning permission in 97% of cases.

We have a detailed continuing professional development programme, which includes learning from experts and some international travel.

You will be given interesting work from the start, with ample opportunity to take on responsibility for project work and contribute to solving planning challenges.

Reporting to, and being mentored by, one of our Directors of Planning, this role really provides you with the opportunity to expand your planning knowledge on the job and learn from our expert senior staff.

We offer a very competitive starting salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, plus a bonus and benefits package, with fantastic opportunities for fast progression and promotion.
