Town Planner - The Role
A Town Planner is required to join an independent planning and development consultancy which has been providing expert advice for over 25 years to clients in both the public and private sectors across the United Kingdom. Project size and complexity can range depending on the clients' assets and aims however we have advised on large-scale masterplans down to individual buildings in both rural and urban environments.
As they continue to receive new instructions in this highly competitive market, there is a requirement for an ambitious, driven and talented Town Planner to assist and lead on various projects from our office in London.
The company strives to deliver excellence across all projects, and we have a proven track record of shaping new communities and delivering fantastic results for all involved.
As a Town Planner within the team, you will be competent in managing complex applications across a range of classes. You will be assisting and supporting a Partner of the business, attending site visits and meeting local planning authorities, clients and external stakeholders.
Ideally you will be a member of the RTPI or working towards APC submission within the next 6 months, have experience working in either a private or public sector town planning position and be looking to work for a small, dynamic business that will allow you to gain some valuable experience.
