Town Planner | Swindon | Property & Planning Consultancy
£23,000 to £30,000
An exciting opportunity has become available with one of our established Commercial Property and Planning Consultancies. For over half a century they have been pioneers within Town Planning alongside growing an enviable client portfolio which includes major housebuilders, commercial businesses, developers and private property clients throughout the UK.
The candidate will be a confident individual, who is self-motivated to assist in all aspects of Town Planning for a vast array of clients. If successful you will be responsible for complex planning applications which will include residential, retail, town centre and commercial schemes across the South West. The Town Planner will have the proven ability to work independently, always demonstrating a logical and analytical approach to any given task.
The Town Planner will have a minimum of 2 years experience ideally in the private sector. You will be a fully chartered RTPI member or be in the process of submitting your APC in the coming months. You will have a full driving licence along with a clear understanding and awareness of retail and residential planning issues. The Town Planner will be involved in some key client meetings therefore strong communication skills are a must.
