Senior Planner, Enforcement Officer, Conservation Officer

Please note that experience working on planning software such as IDOX or uniform this will be desirable for all the below roles and all roles will be for a standard 3 month rolling contracts working in the office however, my client is happy to offer home working or flexible hours to accommodate candidates as best as possible.

• Senior Development Management Officer

My client hasn't confirmed the IR35 status yet but we are anticipating that this may fall outside IR35, my client would be looking to pay around £32-£35/h for this role however, if you are interested in this role but are looking for a different hourly rate please do still get in touch as there is room for negotiation.

As the interim Senior Development Management Officer at the council you will be working on a mixed caseload of householder applications up to major planning applications, my client will be looking for candidates who have recently had experience working on these types of applications as they require someone to hit the ground running.

• Enforcement Officer

My client hasn't confirmed the IR35 status yet but we are anticipating that this may fall outside IR35, my client would be looking to pay around £30-£35/h for this role however, if you are interested in this role but are looking for a different hourly rate please do still get in touch as there is room for negotiation.

As the interim Enforcement Officer at the council you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases within the team and go out on site visits around the Norfolk area. You will also be expected to manage your own caseload write detailed reports while the permanent officer's focus will be shifted to the Development Management to handle a high workload.

• Conservation Officer

My client hasn't confirmed the IR35 status yet but we are anticipating that this may fall outside IR35, my client would be looking to pay around £28-£33/h for this role however, if you are interested in this role but are looking for a different hourly rate please do still get in touch as there is room for negotiation.

As the interim Conservation Officer you will be working on providing specialist advice on Conservation grounds in connection with planning application and regeneration proposals. Support and present issues and cases to relevant committees
