Principal Major Applications Officer (Strategic Sites)

At Carrington West, we are delighted to be assisting our local authority client based in West London with their search for a Principal level Major Applications Officer to join their Planning Department on initial 3-month Contract.

You will need to have major applications experience in a London Borough or built-up/metropolitan borough to be considered for this role.

You will be primarily working on two projects, which are a large well know factory regeneration and a major residential development in the south of the borough.

The team would ideally like to have someone in full time, with at least 4 days a week in the office but they may consider 3 days for an exceptional candidate.

Great Pay Rate on offer - £40 – 42 Per Hour
