Have you completed a Masters in Real Estate Management or Town Planning and are interested in Land Acquisition?
If so, then we have the perfect Graduate Land Buyer role for you.
We are seeking ambitious Graduates of Real Estate Management or Town Planning to join a National Housebuilder based in Cheshire.
The role & Requirements:
You will join the existing land team to assist on identifying new development opportunities for mixed use developments across the UK. Reporting to the Land Director you will identify new development opportunities, negotiate purchase and acquisition of sites and manage the planning process.
Candidates will be educated to degree level ideally in Town Planning or Real Estate Management and have a strong understanding of the planning process. A full UK driving licence is essential. You will be rewarded with a competitive starting salary and company benefits and will be encouraged to progress through to a Senior position.
