Town Planner
London (Excellent Central London Location)
Our client is a large National development consultancy specialising in planning, design, environment and heritage. Our client has offices throughout the UK and they are looking to take on a Town Planner to their Central London office. The company has an excellent reputation in the industry, and they are ideally looking for candidates with roughly 1-2 years (or more) private sector planning experience. This is the perfect opportunity for a talented Planner to take that next step in their career working for an excellent consultancy in a great London location!!
Duties in your new role will include:
- Managing the entire planning application and appeals
- Working with a range of major clients on a diverse range of projects
- Drafting reports and make recommendations
- Undertaking planning research and analysis
The ideal Town Planner will have the following:
- A degree in town planning or related
- Chartered status (Or working towards becoming a member of the RTPI)
- Minimum if 1-2 years post graduate experience
- The ability to deliver on a range of projects
- First class report writing skills
The salary for this role will be negotiable depending on level of experience
