Main Requirements of the Sprinkler Role
Mobilising and setting up a single contractor, including all; site arrangements and facilities, agreeing programs and KPIs, dispute resolution, chairing regular meeting.
The day to day management of contractors and works to ensure the timely installation of retro fitted sprinklers to seven high rise housing blocks within Stevenage, repost and update council management and stake holders.
Monitoring and controlling works to ensure delivery of seven sprinkler systems and fire safety works within a set budget and time frame.
Ensure accurate record keeping and quality controls are maintained to a high standard, in readiness for future building safety case files.
Engage with tenants and stoke holder groups attending all meetings and appointments, including out of hours, resolve complaints and implement outcomes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
Main requirements of the Garages role
Staff management of a Surveyor and Clerk of Works
Managing a budget of approaching £1million
Managing two term contractors who are carrying out the work on the Garages programme
Experience of working in a partnering contract environment.
Experience of managing consultants providing support to this programme
