Senior Town Planner | North West | Legal and Planning Practice
Salary: Competitive
Company Profile
My client is an established, independent planning and legal consultancy based in the North West. They have around 7 offices across the UK, employing over 700 professionals in a huge range of different sectors. With over 250 years of heritage and a state of the art training and business model, there is no better place to mold and develop your planning career. My client offers specialist planning advice to landowners, businesses, property companies, developers and individuals involved in all development sectors. As the successful Senior Town Planner you will be expected to hold the following experience:

- General knowledge of the North West and the surrounding area (not imperative).
You will be expected to undertake the following duties:

- Liaising with planning officers, employees of consultee organisations and third parties.
- Demonstrating an ability to marshal evidence in support of the planning projects.
