Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a highly regarded multi-disciplinary consultancy in central London on the hire of an Associate Director. Our client is particularly interested in candidates with experience and/or can demonstrate a solid interest in Environmental Impact Assessment.
The company has a dedicated infrastructure planning and EIA team that supports development projects and land promotion for both external clients and in-house planning teams covering a wide range of sectors (including housing, education, retail, leisure, sport, and infrastructure).
You will work alongside colleagues with specialist skills in the provision of large scale planning projects, typically with EIA requirements. As an Associate Director, you will report to a Senior Director and assist in the supervision of staff. You must also be able to demonstrate your ability to network, market and win business.
Suitable candidates will hold 3-6 years post qualification experience and will be a chartered member of the RTPI. You will hold a town planning qualification, an RICS accredited qualification and/or IEMA accredited. Candidates are most likely to have a background in Planning and EIA, however candidates with different degrees but relevant experience may be considered.
