About you
You’re a Chartered Town Planner with around 10 years’ experience. A proven work winner, you’re able to demonstrate an ability to develop and nurture client networks. Curious and eager to learn you enjoy working alongside Architects, Urban Designers, and Ecologists on a diverse portfolio of projects. You want to secure a role with a vibrant, growing consultancy with a strong and secure pipeline of work who will take your promotion and development seriously.
The Role
This role is with a thriving interdisciplinary consultancy. The company have a large portfolio of projects in process so initially there will be less emphasis on securing new business. This would be an ideal role for a Senior, Principal or Associate Planner with proven ability to win work who wants to be supported to master their business development skills. In time, there will be an expectation that you will win and develop new business and you will be well rewarded for your efforts.
The consultancy is agile in their approach to work and undertake some truly novel projects that you wouldn’t otherwise have access to in a larger firm. You would be responsible for leading your junior colleagues on complex interdisciplinary projects.
