Graduate/Town Planner | Bedford | Private Consultancy
£20,000-£25,000
One of the fastest-growing planning and design consultancies in the UK are looking to add to their Town Planning division based in Bedford. Due to a high volume of work they currently require a Graduate Town Planner who holds a degree and/or masters that is recognised by the RTPI.
You will be offered fantastic training and will work on a wide range of projects covering large residential, renewable energy, commercial and mix-use schemes. Our client would like a determined, hardworking Graduate Town Planner/Planner with a dynamic nature and a desire to be taken through their APC.
Covering all aspects of the planning process, you will work closely with both public and private sector clients and have a mentor to work alongside. You will be heavily involved in on-site appraisals, planning applications, aiding in the appeal process and conducting research making sure that all projects are within regulation and planning legislation.
The Town Planning team has a superb balance between working to deadlines as well as making the office a lively place to be in and frequently organise team events to build business relationships and identify the strengths of each individual.
In return for your hard work, the Town Planner will be compensated with an excellent base salary alongside a generous benefits package. You will be offered genuine progression opportunities and the chance to lead on major projects.
