Having held MRTPI status (Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute) for at least six years, you are able to draw on your experience as well as your track record of working in a highly commercial, professional consultancy practice, to undertake planning research and analysis, along with providing accurate and timely advice to clients.

Your enthusiastic and entrepreneurial ethos will be obvious for all to see. Drawing on your strong technical experience in development management and strategic planning related work you'll contribute to the preparation and editing of consultant reports which support planning applications including Design and Access statements, architectural plans, daylight and sunlight statements, sustainability statements and transport statements.

As an Associate Planner, you'll be used to liaising with planning officers, employees of consultee organisations and third parties as well as giving effective and persuasive presentations to client, at public meeting or planning committees.

Your proven track record in work winning and building and developing long-term client relationships will allow you to demonstrate your interest in business development, while your expertise in nurturing key client relationships to mutual benefit will be second nature to you.
