Dynamic Planning consultancy actively seeking a Town Planner to be based out of their thriving office in Chester.  As part of this established team, you will provide a first-class service to a vast array of clients within the residential sector.

The Town Planner will be allocated their own projects from day one. You will play a key role in the preparation of complex planning applications including drafting of supporting statements. Working in conjunction with landscape architects, ecologists and transport planners, the successful candidate will work on a wide range of projects with no day being the same.

The ideal Town Planner will have excellent interpersonal skills and an unrivalled passion towards all aspects of Town Planning. The Individual will hold a minimum of 18 months’ experience working within the public or private sector and have the ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines. Assistance will be provided in regards to the completion of your APC with knowledge of the UK Planning system being essential.
