Permanent, Full-time (36.5 hours per week)

The Head of Development Policy will oversee the development of strategic planning, economic, transport, and sustainability policies, strategies and plans to support the sustainable growth and regeneration of the City. The role will involve leading on the Duty to Cooperate, working with the West Midlands Combined Authority, Local Enterprise Partnerships, other regional partners, government agencies and a wide range of stakeholders involved in shaping the development of City and the region. You will need to hold a degree in planning or a related discipline, be a corporate member of the RTPI, and have extensive experience at a senior level with a proven track record of delivery of successful outcomes.
