Job Details
An experienced Planning Enforcement Officer is required to join a Local Planning Authority in the Buckinghamshire area.
The successful applicant will be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision. You will have recent experience dealing with a range of cases within Local Planning Authorities.
Flexible and home working is available with rates negotiable depending on experience.
Main duties will include:
·Site visits
·Managing appeals
·Liaison with the development management team and colleagues
·Drafting witness statements
·Dealing with telephone enquiries
·Investigating a wide variety of Planning breaches.
You will hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle, with mileage paid for site visits £0.45/mile.
The role has been deemed inside IR35, with pay rate depending on experience between £35-£40/h.
