Job Details
Applicants will need significant experience in Development Management and will need to show capability of dealing with complex planning applications and schemes consisting of over 100 units.
The position is obviously within the Planning function, working in the Development Management team.
The role is for a 6 month period, but could well extend beyond.
The authority are happy to offer some flexible working, providing the output is of a good standard.
Ideally candidates will be MRTPI although it's not essential.
The role is inside and is paying between £35 and £45 per hour, working via an Umbrella company - based on experience.
