Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a busy and successful multi-disciplinary team that is led by an experienced leadership team, wrapped up in a friendly and supportive environment. The office is based centrally and has good links to New Street and Snow Hill Stations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and commercially minded Senior Planner to join the team. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of planning projects, using their local knowledge and national influence to plan and deliver projects of all types and scales. Projects range from residential, commercial, employment, retail and infrastructure sectors.
In order to apply for this role;
-You will hold planning experience (ideally from the Midlands however relocation candidate with good Residential and Mixed-Use experience are also encouraged to apply)
-You should hold MRTPI or working towards it and be commercially minded.
-The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, be confident with strong communication skills.
-You will hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel.
