Role Purpose

This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring planner to grow under the guidance of a wealth of experience in the team and get involved and develop their career at the cutting edge of a new and developing part of planning. The position offers the successful applicant a high profile role dealing with major applications, engaging with major developers, strategic partners, local politicians and senior managers.

You will be working on a varied work programme focused on delivering high quality infrastructure outcomes. You will lead and develop a range of complex infrastructure projects, prepare high level briefings and reports and employ flexible project management expertise. Managing key data elements and specific tasks within a project under the supervision of more senior officers in the team, you will interrogate infrastructure planning data and produce high level reports to managers and colleagues.

Additional Information

This post is for a full time fixed term/secondment basis for 2 years.
