Town Planner | Chester
£25,000 to £30,000
UK based Planning Consultancy are looking to grow their Chester office and currently require a Town Planner with private or public sector experience. The established team have been given the opportunity to work on a number of iconic projects, and the North West office has some of the best-known planners in the industry.
The Town Planners work will cover areas such as Residential, Mix-Use and Commercial, and alongside an Associate Town Planner, you will work all stages of the planning process including the submission of planning applications, site work for project investigation and have a high level of client contact.
The successful Town Planner will have a Degree and/or Masters that is recognised by the RTPI and have a sound understanding of as many aspects of the planning process as possible. A minimum of 12 months experience is required and specific training will be given as part of the role as well as receiving full support through your APC.
