Are you an experienced Associate Town Planner seeking new challenges?
Do you have a strong background of developing working relationships?
Have you got the desire to build a new team around you?
We are seeking an Associate Town Planner to join a newly established office of an Independent Planning Consultancy in Chelmsford.
You will join the existing Town Planning team and assist in the development of a new office. Responsibilities will see you work on existing planning projects from inception through to practical completion while sourcing new planning projects.
Requirements:
- Hold an MSc in Town Planning or associated degree subject
- MRTPI Qualified
- Over 5 years post qualification planning experience
- Experience of mixed use developments
