Are you an experienced Development Manager seeking new opportunities?
Do you want to join a Mixed use Developer?
Have you got a strong background leading a Planning team?
We are seeking a Development Manager in Central London to join a National Mixed use Developer.
You:
- Will be educated with a Masters in Town Planning or associated subject
- Be MRTPI qualified
- Hold previous Private sector experience
- Have an excellent understanding of the Planning system
- Hold experience of managing a Planning team
You will join the existing Planning team in Central London and be responsible for delivery mixed use projects across the UK. Responsibilities will see you manage a team of Town Planners and undertake planning application, local plan submission, liaison with Local Authorities and external parties, manage land agent enquiries, negotiate s106 agreements.
