About the Client 
My client is a major, high-quality, housebuilder who operate across the North West. They develop a wide range of attractive properties across medium and large-scale sites. They have an excellent pipeline of both immediate and strategic sites and are acquiring new sites all the time.

About the Role 
Reporting to the Land & Planning Director (who has a planning background,) working closely with the land team you will be responsible for assessing potential new sites, helping in the decision to buy process. Once these sites are acquired you will work with the development planner who deals with the latter stages of the planning process. In addition you will have responsibility for the strategic land portfolio progressing sites through to a successful resolution.  

Personal Requirements 
You are a dynamic and hands on planner who understands the residential market. You have a can-do attitude and have excellent problem solving skills. You are able to develop long-standing relationships with various stakeholders and though your expertise and drive, deliver great results.
