Senior Town Planner - Swansea

Have you got over 3 years planning experience?

We are seeking a Senior Town Planner in Swansea to join one of the UK's largest Housebuidlers.

The role:

You will join the existing Town Planning team and work on a range of residential developments across South Wales. Responsibilities will see you monitor Graduate Planners in their professional development while managing your own workload. You will undertake planning applications, submit local plan submissions, attend external client meetings and liaise with Local Authorities.

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level in Town Planning
• Degree accredited with the RTPI
• Working toward MRTPI or have already achieved this
• Full UK driving licence
• Over 3 years Planning experience
