Are you looking for your first Graduate Town Planning role?
Have you hold or are about to complete an MSc in Town Planning or associated subject?
Do you have an interest working for a Housebuilder?
We are seeking a Graduate Town Planner to join one of the Swansea branch of one the largest Housebuilders in the UK.
Requirements:
- Hold or about to complete a MSc in Town Planning or associated subject
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have an excellent understanding of the Town Planning process
- Previous placement experience is highly desirable but not essential
You will join the existing Town Planning team in the South Wales office and work on exciting residential developments across Wales. Responsibilities will see you report to and be support by the Senior Planning team to enhance your technical understanding of the planning process. You will be expected to undertake planning applications, submit local plan submissions and attend external planning meetings.
