For this role: You will be mostly office based with some business travel to undertake site inspections, however there may be scope to work in a more agile manner in the future. The role is currently based at Forde House in Newton Abbot.
What you'll be doing: Investigating and monitoring development activity as part of the Enforcement Team, working at the heart of the Development Management Team to deliver Great Places to Live and Work.
Who we're looking for: Someone who is adaptable and a quick learner with a positive attitude to change and the enthusiasm and the motivation to be successful, detail conscious and helpful. You will have good communication, problem solving and creative thinking skills and be able to work as part of a team.
To be successful in this role you will need awareness of Town and Country Planning Legislation and either relevant experience or qualifications.
