Planning / Development Manager - Central London

We are seeking a Planning / Development Manager in Central London to join a National Mixed use Developer.

You:

• Will be educated with a Masters in Town Planning or associated subject
• Be MRTPI qualified
• Hold previous Private sector experience
• Have an excellent understanding of the Planning system
• Hold experience of managing a Planning team

You will join the existing Planning team in Central London and be responsible for delivery mixed use projects across the UK. Responsibilities will see you manage a team of Town Planners and undertake planning application, local plan submission, liaison with Local Authorities and external parties, manage land agent enquiries, negotiate s106 agreements.
