Are you interested in working with an established and respected Planning Consultancy on a broad range of projects while being supported and encouraged to develop your skills?
This highly regarded planning consultancy is looking to recruit a Planner to their Stratford office as part of a strategic growth plan (alongside a Senior Planner to another office).
Our client's experience includes dealing with planning matters of all types and scales from leading and coordinating large and complex development proposals, to dealing with small scale and householder developments.
In this role, you will provide clients with advice on the submission of planning applications and appeals, representations to development plans, site allocation and promotions and strategic planning and housing land supply advice. Alongside the team, you will undertake planning appraisals, advise on permitted development rights and enforcement issues, commercial, industrial and retail development, heritage matters and act as an expert witness at inquiries and other tribunals.
The practice has multiple offices throughout the East & West Midlands who also hold a presence in London. The company's clients extend the length and breadth of the country and fall into many different sectors such as national and regional house builders through to major household retailers, the public sector, and private individuals.

You will have access to high-quality training and support on the key business skills you need to be an effective and productive planning consultant.
