Are you highly experienced in Land Acquisition and seeking new opportunities in the North West?
Have you got experience as a Land Director or looking for career progression?
Do you have an excellent client base in the North West?
We are recruiting a Land Director in Crewe to join an expanding Mixed use developer and property investment firm.
Requirements:
- Hold a strong background within the Private sector of successfully purchasing new land for development
- Have excellent numerical and negotiation skills
- Demonstrable background within Land Acquisition for housebuilder or developers
- Hold a strong connection to land agents
- Excellent understanding of the Town planning process
You will be responsible for managing and developing new and existing development projects across the North West. The role will see you oversee the successful purchase of new land for sale and be the main point of contact for land buyers within the team.
